摘　　要：在传统发展模式下,西部民族地区农村学前教育的办学方式、保教内容与师资培养等都与实际需求脱节。因此,与村寨组织、居住分散相适应的多样化的学前教育办学方式、传承文化的农村学前教育课程开发与保教方法创新、利用当地资源并符合民族心理的农村学前教育师资培养策略等无疑是实现西部民族地区农村学前教育内生型发展的根本。Rural pre-school education in Western ethnic regions followed a traditional development model. As a result, school-running method, nursing and teaching content and teacher training can hardly meet the actual demands of the society. Therefore, the basic way to realize endogenous development of rural pre- school education in Western ethnic regions lies in carrying out diverse school-running models suitable to scattered villages and communities, developing pre-school courses of cultural inheritance, innovating nursing and teaching methods, making use of local resources and adopting teacher training strategies according to ethnic psychology.
