齐拉西酮与利醅酮治疗流浪精神分裂症患者的症状及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗流浪精神分裂症患者症状以及安全性的异同。方法将符合入组标准的流浪精神分裂症患者随机分为二组,研究组采用齐拉西酮治疗,对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察8周,各完成60例。于治疗前及治疗1周、4周、8周末采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS量表)评定疗效,记录各时点不同症状的检出率;治疗8周末采用不良反应量表(TESS量表)评定安全性。结果二组治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),二组患者的PANSS总分以及各因子分的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),齐拉西酮组不良反应发生率为35.35%,低于利培酮组不良反应发生率48.33%。结论齐拉西酮与利醅酮治疗流浪精神分裂症患者的疗效相当;齐拉西酮组不良反应发生率低,安全性较好。Objective To explore the symptoms and security of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treat- ment of homeless patients with schizophrenia. Methods The homeless patients with schizophrenia who conform to the standard set were randomly divided into two groups, the research group were treated with ziprasidone, the control group with risperidone treatment, observed 8 weeks, complete 60 cases in each group. The PANSS scale was used to evaluate the curative effect before treatment and treat- ment for 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks. The detection rate of different symptoms in each point was recor- ded. After 8 weeks in treatment, the security was evaluated with TESS scale. Results The comparison of two groups of efficient treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, The comparison of two groups of the patients with the PANSS score and the comparison of each factors had no significant difference （P〈0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions was 35.35% in research group, lower than the incidence of adverse reactions of control group （48.33M）. Conclusions The curative effect of zi- prasidone and risperidone for homeless patients with schizophrenia is the same. Ziprasidone has lower incidence of adverse reactions and better security.
