摘　　要：本文综述了近代抗真菌药物多烯类、唑类和棘白霉素类药物以及新型抗真菌杂环类先导化合物药物的研究现状。先导化合物的应用对于新型抗真菌药物的发展起到了极大的推动作用,其研究会使活性强、抗菌谱广的新型抗真菌药物取得更大的突破。The recent research on polyene antifungal, azole, spine albomycin antifungal drugs and new lead antifungal compounds was reviewed. Application of the lead compounds greatly promotes the development novel antifungal drugs. The research will achieve greater breakthroughs for development of strongly active novel antifungal drugs with wide broad spectrum
