摘  要:针对固定的并联电容补偿装置不能动态补偿牵引负荷随机波动的感性无功的缺陷,该文通过采用固定牵引变压器接线方式下并联电容补偿设备容量最小的计算模型及其算法,提出了通过调节降压变压器低压侧母线电压调节滤波器无功出力的动态补偿措施。重点设计了3次固定滤波器加3次可调滤波器补偿方案。利用某牵引变电所的实测数据,在技术指标和经济效益分析、比较的基础上,验证了该方法的有效性。The fixed parallel capacitor compensation device can not compensate the motioning inductive reactive power,and aiming for solving this problem,the models and algorithms for parallel capacitor compensation device with the smallest capacity were adopted by using the fixed traction transformer connection in this paper.The dynamic compensation measures by adjusting the low side bus voltage of step-down transformer to regulate reactive power were put forward.The third-harmonic fixed filter and third-harmonic adjustable filter compensation scheme was mainly designed.By using the measured data of traction substation and on the basis of the analysis and comparison of technical index and recommendation,the validity of the method was verified.
