摘  要:选用早熟品种‘荷兰15号’和中晚熟品种‘克新13号’的脱毒原原种为试验材料,分别探讨原原种块茎大小对马铃薯的农艺性状、繁殖系数和产量性状的影响。研究结果表明:‘荷兰15号’原原种,株高对种薯总产的直接作用最大;‘克新13号’原原种,保苗率和株高对种薯总产的直接作用最大。‘荷兰15号’原原种的块茎大小在10-20 g时,繁殖系数最高,原原种的块茎大小在5-20 g时,其种薯的商品薯产量和总产最高。‘克新13号’原原种的块茎大小在7-15 g时繁殖系数、商品薯产量和总产均最高。Virus-free pre-elite early ripening variety 'the Netherlands 15' and middle late ripening variety 'Kexin 13' were used as experimental material. The effects of tuber size of pre-elite seed potato on agronomic traits , propagation coefficient and yield of potato were studied. The results showed that for the pre-elite seed potato 'the Netherlands 15', plant height had the biggest direct impact on total yield, while for 'Kexin 13', seedling survival rate and plant height had the biggest direct impact on total yield. When the pre-elite seeds of ' the Netherland 15' were in 10-20 g, the propagation coefficient was highest and when in 5-20 g, commercial potato and total potato yield were highest. For 'Kexin 13' when the pre-elite seeds were in 7-15 g, propagation coefficient, commercial potato and total potato yield were al highest.
