摘 要:选取18只BALB/c小鼠进行旋毛虫灌胃,以灌胃前1d作为时间起点,于第0、1、7、14、28天分别收集小鼠粪便,同期选取12只同种小鼠作为对照。采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)法对小鼠粪便中双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠球菌、梭菌、拟杆菌、直肠真杆菌、柔嫩梭菌以及脱硫弧杆菌进行定量检测。结果显示,双歧杆菌数量在第7、14、28天均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),第1天无变化;乳杆菌第7、14、28天低于对照组(P<0.05),第1天无变化;肠球菌与梭菌在第7、14、28天均高于对照组(P<0.05),第1天无变化;拟杆菌、直肠真杆菌、柔内梭菌以及脱硫弧杆菌均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结果表明,旋毛虫感染可引起小鼠肠道菌群变化,从而引起小鼠肠道菌群失调。18 BALB/c mice were infected orally with the parasite Trichina spiralis and 12 BALB/c mices were used as a control group. The feces from infected mice and control mice at day 0, 1, 7, 14 and 28 were collected and real-time quantitative RT-PCR assay were applied to detect the alter- ation of Bacillus bi fidus , Lactobacillus, Enterococcus faecalis , fusobacterium, Bacteroides, Eubacterium rectale , Faecalibacterium Drausntzi and Desul foribrio in the feces post infection. The level of 16S rRNA genes in 8 strains of bacteria were analyzed. Comparing with the control groups, the 16S rRNA level of the Bacillus bifidus markedly decreased at the day 7, 14 and 28 post infection(P^0.01), and the copy level of Bacillus lactis decreased at the same time points (P%0.05). However, both of them had no alteration at day 1 post infection. Enterococcus faeca- lis and the Clostridium increased significantly at the day 7, 14 and 28 (P%0.05), and reached the highest value at day 14. There were no significantly alterations on the 16S DNA copy numbers of Bacteroidetes , Eubacterium rectale , Faecali bacterium prausntzi and Desul f oribrio ( P〈0. 05). In conclusion, Truchinella spiralis infection significantly caused the alteration of composition and the imbalance in intestinal flora.
