摘  要:目的观察支气管哮喘患者热敏穴的红外辐射特征。方法采用TSI-21型TTM热断层扫描成像系统分析54例支气管哮喘患者体表热敏穴的红外辐射特征,并设立热敏穴上、下、左、右各旁开3 cm的4个对照点和背部对照区,观察指标采用绝对红外辐射强度(温度)和相对红外辐射强度(检测点与整体辐射强度的差值),比较热敏穴与对照点/区的红外辐射强度差异。结果 54例支气管哮喘患者热敏穴的平均温度为31.15℃,热敏穴与整体辐射强度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);热敏穴与对照点的温度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),热敏穴与背部对照区平均温度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏穴具有高红外辐射强度的特点,并形成以热敏穴为中心的一定范围高红外辐射强度区域。Objective To observe the features of infrared radiation on the heat-sensitive acupoint in patients with bronchial asthma. Method The thermal tomography imaging system(TSI-21) was used to analyze the infrared radiation features of the heat-sensitive point in 54 patients with bronchial asthma. Four points, 3 cm superior, inferior, left and right to the heat-sensitive point, and the back were considered as the control points and area. The absolute infrared radiation intensity(temperature) and relative infrared radiation intensity(difference in radiation intensity between the detection point and the general body) were adopted to compare the infrared radiation intensities between the heat-sensitive point and the control points/area. Result The mean temperature of the heat-sensitive point in the 54 patients was 31.15℃, and the difference in the radiation intensity between the heat-sensitive point and the general body was statistically significant(P0.05); there was no significant difference in the temperature between the heat-sensitive point and the control points(P0.05), and the mean temperature of the heat-sensitive point was significantly different from that of the back(P0.05). Conclusion Heat-sensitive point is featured by high infrared radiation intensity, and with the point as the center, there forms a certain area with high infrared radiation intensity.
