摘　　要：放射治疗在宫颈癌治疗中的地位至关重要，调强放射治疗在给予靶区完全覆盖的同时能够最大限度地保护周围正常组织而逐渐被广泛采用。局部晚期宫颈癌的标准治疗是同步放化疗加近距离治疗。Radiotherapy plays a crucial role in cervical cancer. Intensity modulated radiation therapy is widely used gradually, which allows the photon beam within each field to be modulated and therefore improves the dose distribution by maximizing target coverage and minimizing the damage to normal tissue. Concurrent radiochemotherapy plus brachytherapy are standard therapeutic methods for local advanced cervical cancer.
