龚居中《红炉点雪》痰火证诊治探讨

摘　　要：《红炉点雪》为明·龚居中所辑著,是主要论述虚损痨瘵的专著。是书以"水亏火炽金伤"立论,提出益水清金降火之法,以甘温为从治法,在补阴之时不忘顾护阳气;强调临证审脉辨证以别虚实,并以脉之虚实辨人参之取舍。其用药多遵守张元素五脏虚实补泻,亢害承制之理且间有新意。其用药剂量轻灵,盖因虚劳之疾乃沉疴痼疾宜缓缓图之。此外,龚居中提出灸法治疗热证,使拔除病根;提出痰火禁忌及养生却病延年之法,使病轻浅者可不药而愈。Hongludianxue is written by Gong Juzhong in Ming dynasty, and it is mainly discussed consumptive diseases. The book with lung-kidney Yin deficiency and deficiency fire flaming as the guiding principle, proposing the therapeutic method of nourish the lung-kidney Yin and decrease internal heat,and with the method of using drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature for the auxiliary treatment to nourish Yin and at the same time not forget to protect Yang; Gong Juzhong emphasis on analyzing of pulse condition and syndrome differentiation to distinguish between deficiency and excess in the clinic,and to determine the acception or rejection of the ginseng. His treatment complies with and innovates Zhang Yuansu＇ s principle of supplementation and draining according to deficiency and excess of the five internal organs and restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony. Its dosage is less,because the consumptive disease is a chronic disease and should be treat slowly. He proposes moxibustion to treat heat syndrome and to eliminate the root causes. Finally he lists the phlegm-fire taboos and the methods of venting ease and prolonging life to recover the minor illness without medical help.
