中西医临床医学高等本科教育临床培养模式的探讨

摘　　要：从中西医结合人才培养的角度,提出中西医临床医学高等教育的临床培养模式是人才培养的核心问题。调查分析了目前高等教育中西医临床医学临床培养模式的学制、教材、教学模式、师资、人才培养类型等问题,提出中西医临床医学临床培养模式的发展应遵循:中西医结合人才培养是有层次的;中西医结合是有层次的;培养模式是发展的,是与中西医结合学科发展水平相适应的。培养具有中医与西医的知识、理论、技能,又兼容中西医两种医学思维的中西医结合人才应是中西医临床医学临床培养模式的追寻方向。From the aspect of the personnel training in integration of chinese and western medicine, it is proposed that the core issue of personnel training is the clinical training model of clinical chinese medicine integrated with western medicine. The survey analyzed the problem about length of schooling,teaching materials, teaching model, teachers and personnel training type in higher undergraduate education of integration of chinese and western medicine in the clinical training model. In the development of clinical training model of clinical chinese medicine integrated with western medicine, it should be followed that Integrative personnel training has level; Integrative Medicine has level; training model is developing and matched with the level of development in integration of chinese and western medicine. The Future goals of the clinical training model of clinical chinese medicine integrated with western medicine are training the person who has the knowledge, theory and skills of chinese medicine and Western medicine, and is compatible with chinese medicine thought and western medicine thought.
