丹龙醒脑片治疗缺血性脑卒中的实验研究进展

摘　　要：中医学认为缺血性脑卒中主要病因病机为"瘀"、"痰"、"虚"。痰瘀内阻,为发病的关键,年迈精气亏虚是老年患者发病的病理基础。丹龙醒脑片为我校周小青教授经验方,由丹参、三七、地龙、石菖蒲等药物组成,具有活血化痰、通窍醒脑之功效,是治疗缺血性脑卒中及其后遗症的有效方剂。实验研究表明,该方对预防脑血栓形成以及脑缺血再灌注损伤等疾病的治疗有积极作用。lschemic stroke, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine thinks the main etiology and pathogenesis as for ＂stasis＂, ＂phlegm＂, ＂virtual＂, Phlegm and blood stasis plugging with each other is the key for it, old age and essence deficiency is the basis of pathology of elderly patients. Danlong Xingnao Tablet is a classical prescription of our school professor ZhouXiaoQing, including salvia miltiorrhiza, pseudo-ginseng, lumbricus, rhizoma acori graminei and so on. It has effects of invigorate the circulation of blood, reduce phlegm, restoring consciousness. It is the effective prescription of Ischemie stroke and its sequelaes. Experimental research shows that this prescription played a positive role to cerebral thrombosis and cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
