非小细胞肺癌术后单纯辅助化疗与联合恩度进行术后辅助化疗的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探究非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)术后单纯辅助化疗与联合恩度(重组人血管内皮抑制素注射液)进行术后辅助化疗的疗效差异。方法121例Ⅱb、Ⅲa期NSCLC术后患者随机分为对照组58例、观察组63例两组,对照组给予单纯化疗,包括多西他赛+顺铂/卡铂方案、长春瑞滨+顺铂方案、吉西他滨+顺铂/卡铂方案;观察组在此基础上增加恩度治疗;每个治疗周期均评价药物不良反应情况;治疗进行4个周期,并于术后3、6、9、12个月分别评价患者生存情况。结果观察组患者术后12个月时出现病情复发的比例为9.5%,明显低于对照组的25.9%(P<0.05);观察组每个治疗周期的各类药物不良反应发生率与对照组发生率的差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者术后给予恩度联合化疗治疗,临床效果确切,术后1年复发率明显降低,药物不良反应无明显增加。Objective To investigate the difference between endostar combined with chemo- therapy and haplo-chemotherapy on postoperative non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-one postoperative NSCLC patients were divided into two groups randomly, control group and experiment group. Patients received haplo-chemotherapy in control group, including TP/C, NP and GP/C.In experiment group we added Recombinant Human Endosta- tin Injection and to evaluate adverse drug reaction in every treatment cycle.Each patient received 4 treatment cycles. We evaluated patients survive situation at 3,6,9, and 12 months after operation. Results The reoccurrence rate at 12-month after operation in experiment group was 9.5%, which was obviously lower than that in control group （25.9% ,P〈0. 05）. The adverse drug related reac- tions incidence rate in two groups had no statistics difference （P〉0. 05 ）. Coneluslon The clinical treatment effect of endostar combined with chemotherapy for postoperative NSCLC patients is affirma- tive, one-year after operation the recurrence rate decreased obviously, no adverse drug reaction in- creased, which indicates the combined therapy could lengthen postoperative free-event survival and improve life quality.
