ESM-1在子宫内膜癌组织中表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨内皮特异性分子1(ESM-1)在子宫内膜癌组织中表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取孝感市中心医院就诊的子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜不典型增生及正常子宫内膜患者各40例,采用免疫组化和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测ESM-1蛋白的表达情况,并比较其表达与病理分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移的关系。结果两种不同检测方法均提示与子宫内膜不典型增生及正常子宫内膜相比,子宫内膜癌患者中ESM-1蛋白的表达上升(P<0.05);病理分化程度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移患者其表达水平不同(P<0.05)。结论 ESM-1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达明显增加,其表达与患者肿瘤病理分化程度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关,ESM-1有望成为子宫内膜癌发生发展的检测指标之一。Objective To explore the clinical significance of expression of ESM - 1 in endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 120 pa- tients with endometrial cancer, atypical endometrial hyperplasia or normal endometrium were randomly selected in Xiaogan Central Hospital, theywere divided into 3 groups： endometrial cancer group, atypical endometrial hyperplasia group and normal endometrial group, each group with 40 cases separately. By using ELISA method and method for detection of the expression of ESM - 1 protein, and the results of expression were compared with pathological grades, clinical stages and metastasis in lymph nodes. Results In comparison with normal tissue and atypical endometrial hyperplasia, the expression of ESM - 1 in tissue of endometrial cancer was significantly increased （ P 〈 O. 05 ） , and its ex- pression was closely eorrelated to pathological grades, elinieal stages and metastasis in lymph nodes. Conclusion ESM - 1 is expected to be one of the important indicators in the development of endometrial cancer.
