摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)及腺性膀胱炎(GC)中凋亡抑制因子Survivn表达及临床意义;探讨膀胱癌与腺性膀胱炎间的相关性。方法收集经手术切除病理证实的47例膀胱移行细胞癌组织石蜡标本,其中Ⅰ期17例,Ⅱ期19例,Ⅲ期11例。43例腺性膀胱炎。10例正常膀胱组织,其中男6例,女4例;平均年龄46.6岁。采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Survivin的表达情况。结果 Survivin在BTCC中异常表达,在腺性膀胱炎中表达上调,在正常膀胱组织中不表达,各组织间有明显差异(P<0.01);随BTCC的分期、分级的增加,Survivin表达显著增加(P=0.01),与年龄、性别无相关(P>0.05)。结论在膀胱癌中,Survivin的异常表达与膀胱癌生物学特性密切相关;腺性膀胱炎中Survivin的表达上调,对于Survivin阳性的腺性膀胱炎临床上应密切随访。【Objective】 To study the clinical value of the expression of Survivin in the bladder transition- al cell carcinoma and glandular cystitis; the correlation between bladder carcinoma and glandular cystitis. 【Methods】Collected 47 paraffin-embedded surgical resection of pathologically confirmed cases of BTCC, 43 cases GC and 10 normal bladder tissues. 47 cases carcinoma specimens were make up with 17 stage Ⅰ, 19 stage Ⅱ, and 11 stage Ⅲ. 10 cases include 6 men and 4 women with a mean age of 46.6 years. Detect the expression of Survivin by immunohistochemical SP method. 【Results】 The expression of Survivin was abnormal in BTCC, up-regulation in GC and absent in normal bladder tissue, there is statistic significance（P 0.01） a- mong three groups; The expression of Survivin increase with tumor stage and grade（P =0.01）, there is no statistic significance（P 0.05） between age and gender. 【Conclusion】 The abnormal expression of Survivin in bladder cancer biological characteristics are closely related in BTCC; The expression of Survivin was up-regu- lation in GC. The cases of Survivin expression are positive should be follow-up in clinical treatment.
