芬太尼透皮贴剂(多瑞吉)治疗癌痛临床应用67例观察

摘　　要：目的：在癌症疼痛患者中观察芬太尼贴剂（多瑞吉）的临床镇痛效果、不良反应及使用后患者生活质量的改善程度。方法：采用多中心开放研究。选取67例伴有中、重度疼痛的恶性肿瘤患者，使用芬太尼贴剂止痛。记录治疗前后的疼痛强度、生活质量评分和用药中的不良反应，加以归纳总结。结果：芬太尼贴剂使用后，全部患者均获中度以上缓解。其中完全缓解34例（50．70％），明显缓解31例（46．30％），中度缓解2例（2．99％）。不良反应有嗜睡、便秘、头晕、恶心呕吐等，无危及生命的严重不良反应出现。受试患者的生活质量得到明显改善。结论：芬太尼贴剂（多瑞吉，Durogesic）是一种新型癌痛控制剂。该药疼痛控制效果较好，不良反应轻微，能够明显改善癌症患者的生活质量。尤其适用于不能口服止痛药的患者。Objective To evaluate the efficacy side effects and life quality changes of transdermal fetanyl in patients with cancer pain． Methods Sixty－seven patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were treated by transdermal fentanyl in this multi－center opening study． The pain intensity pain relief quality of life and side effects were studied at the beginning and the end of therapy． Results After treatment all the patients obtained moderate and upward remission． The excellent effective and moderate rates were 50．7％ 46．3％ and 2．99％ respectively． The side effects included lethargy constipation dizziness nausea and vomiting etc． No fatal serious adverse reactions appeared． The quality of life improved markedly． Conclusion Transdermal fentanyl Durogesic is a new type analgesic． The pain alleviated significantly and the side effects are mild． Durogesic can improve the quality of life markedly especially for alimentary tract cancer patients in whom oral administration is not available．
