摘　　要：雷锋精神对中华民族具有深远意义和影响,它已成为高等学校德育教育的生动素材,而志愿服务和社会实践是践行雷锋精神的有效契机。通过调查发现,当代大学生学雷锋活动常态化的基本情况良好,但仍存在着市场经济与无私奉献、物质丰富与道德崇高、社会价值多样化与核心价值体系之间的冲突与矛盾。因此,可以从长效性、立德树人和人文关怀三方面推进新时期学雷锋常态化建设,为高等学校精神文明建设提供一定的理论基础。Being of far-reaching significance and influence for the Chinese People, the spirit of Lei Feng has become a vivid teaching material for the moral education in colleges and universities. Voluntary service and social practice are an effective opportunity to the implementation of the Lei Feng spirit. A questionnaire survey of the normalization of learning from Lei Feng among the contemporary students reveals that the basic status quo of the normalization of contemporary college students ＂learning from Lei Feng＂ is good. On the other hand, however, conflicts and contradictions between market economy and selfless dedication, material abundance and moral nobility, diversification of social value and the core value system still exist. Effective ways, therefore, are put forward to promote the normalization of learning from Lei Feng in the new period in the aspects of long-term effect, personality and humanistic care so as to help to lay a theoretical foundation for the current construction of spiritual civilization in colleges and universities.
