摘  要:目的 探讨Hart改良的弹力纤维染色法在判断胃癌脉管侵袭中的应用价值。方法 对 6 6例石蜡包埋胃癌组织分别进行HE染色 ,Hart改良的弹力纤维染色 ,光镜下观察 6 6例胃癌的组织学分类、淋巴管和脉管侵入情况。结果  6 6例胃癌中有血管侵入者 5 0例 (74% ) ,有粘膜下淋巴管侵入者 6 0例 (91% ) ,在癌组织侵袭的淋巴管周围 ,血管内有癌细胞侵入者 47例 (78% )。结论 Hart改良的弹力纤维染色法可使一些较细的弹力纤维着色 ,效果强于其它弹力纤维染色法 ,特异性与免疫组化相比差别不大 ,易操作且经济 ,应当考虑将其作为肿瘤诊断中的一个常规染色法加以应用。Objective To study the practical value of Hart improved elastic fiberstain(HIEFS) in determination of vessel invasion in gastric carcinoma. Methods 66 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues were stained with Hematoxylin-eosin staining and HIEFS. Histological classification, lymphatics and vessel invasion were observed by light microscope.Results Among 66 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues, vessel invasion were observed in 50(74%) cases, lymphatics invasion were found in 60 (91%) cases, in which 47 (78%) cases were accompanied with vessel invasion.Conclusion We can get a better result by HIEFS than other elastic fiber stain methods, for it can dye those tiny elastic fiber. No significant difference between HIEFS and IHC. HIEFS is not only easy to operate, but also economic. It should be considered to make it a routine stain method in the work of tumor diagnosis.
