摘　　要：以国家留学基金委河南地方项目管理实际情况为例,在收集2004-2011年河南省该项目数据资料的基础上,进行整理、汇总、统计和分析,揭示了取得的成绩,并找出依然存在的问题和原因,提出了解决问题的可行性建议。The essay mainly studies CSC- Henan provincial government- sponsored overseas research project and its management： it takes the actual situation of CSC -Henan province local cooperation project management as the example, based on the collection of the project data at Henan Province during the period 2004 -2011, carried on careful arrangement, summary, statistics and anal- ysis, shows the achievements, and still aimed to find out the existing problems and the reasons why we had such problems, finally it puts forward the feasible suggestions to solve the problem.
