河南省会展专业教育现状与对策研究

摘　　要：河南会展业的迅速发展使河南会展专业人才需求增加。会展专业教育已有起步,但不容乐观。专业教育层次低、人才培养定位不清晰、实践教学缺乏、培训市场不规范等已经限制了河南会展教育的发展,因此,河南会展专业教育亟需研究相应对策以及时培养出合格的会展专业人才,满足河南会展业迅速发展的人才需求。Professional exhibition talents need to be cultivated as the rapid development of exhibition industry in Henan. Professional exhibition has made a not optimistic progress. The development of professional exhibition has been restricted by low professional exhibition education level, fuzzy talents cultivation orientation, lack of practice teaching, chaotic training market. For cultivating qualified exhibition professionals in a timely manner and meeting the demand of exhibition industry rapid development in Henan, it needs to study the corresponding countermeasures by the professional exhibition education in Henan.
