摘　　要：目的　通过对安氏Ⅱ类错患者模型 ,牙冠大小 ,错患者的Pont指数进行分析 ,为临床诊治安氏Ⅱ错提供一定的参考依据。方法　选取临床诊断为安氏Ⅱ类错患者 142人、正常 10 4人 ,对牙模型进行测量比较。结果　安氏Ⅱ类错的牙齿宽度 ,Pont指数大于正常。结论　提示安氏Ⅱ类错患者大都伴有上颌牙弓狭窄 ,为临床诊断和治疗安氏Ⅱ类错提供了一定的依据。In this study,the teeth size and the Pont index of patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion were analyzed to offer the basis for diagnosis and treatment.Methods The samples were consisted of 142 cases of Class Ⅱ malocclusion and 104 cases of normal occlusion.Results The teeth of Class Ⅱ malocclusion were wider than normal.The Pond′s indices of these patients were more than the indices of normal people.It was suggested that most of Class Ⅱ malocclusion had maxillary constriction.Conclusion It can be used as a norm for diagnosis and treatment of Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
