同煤集团财务管理探析

摘　　要：从同煤集团面临的客观情况出发,运用财务数据分析了同煤集团财务管理现状,从现实的角度指出了同煤集团财务管理存在的问题,建议提高财务管理意识,加强财务信息化建设,建立科学的财务决策体制和有效的风险防范控制机制。Based on the situation of Datong Coal MOne Group, management of the group is researched by applying the financial data. The problems of financial management in the group are identified. It is proposed that awareness of financial management be strengthened, financial informatization be focused and financial decision- making system and risk control mechanism be established.
