摘　　要：企业运营指标直接反映企业生产运营状况,为企业辅助决策提供数据支撑,对大型企业运营指标进行科学而有效的管理是企业数据资产管理的重中之重。结合国网浙江省电力公司数据综合治理的实践,总结了企业指标模型的设计思路与指标管理平台功能的实现方法,提出建设指标管理平台需要实现对运营指标的科学有效管理。The operation indicators of an enterprise reflect its production and operation situation directly,and provide data support for decision aids.The scientific and effective management of operation indicators is the top priority in the data asset management of a large enterprise.Combined with the comprehensive control of data in State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company,the model designing ideas of operation indicators and function-realizing way of indicators management platform were summarized,and the realization of scientific and effective management with building up indicators management platform were advanced.
