摘　　要：文章从图书馆员-读者界面构建图书馆员与读者互动质量模型,探讨互动质量及其形成作用机制,即读者的参与行为和图书馆员导向行为对互动质量的影响,互动质量对关系质量的影响。研究变量的维度和测量项目以及量表的设计,并以广东药学院图书馆为例,开展实证研究验证模型,讨论研究结果的理论贡献、管理启示及研究的局限性,指出未来的研究方向。By constructing a model for the quality of interaction between librarians and readers, this paper explores the interaction quality and its formation mechanism that reader participation and librarian orientation impact interaction quality, while interaction quality affects relationship quality. Then it discusses the dimension and measurement of variables as well as the scale design, and makes an empirical study of the library of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. Finally, it indicates the theoretical contributions, managerial impliea- tions and limitations of the study, and demonstrates future research.
