高校图书馆应聘人员职业选择调查与分析——以北京师范大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：职业选择是个人对于就业的种类、方向的挑选和确定。文章采用网上问卷调查法,对2007-2012年应聘北京师范大学图书馆的高校应届毕业生,从个人基本情况、就业期望与求职经历、就业与学校教育、对图书馆工作的认知与期望、图书馆未来的发展期望等职业选择现状进行网上调研,并对调查结果进行分析,为高校图书馆队伍建设提供参考。Career choice is a personal selection for employment and jobs. The paper studies the fresh graduates applying for the library of Beijiug Normal University between 2007 and 2012 by a online survey; analyzes their individual information, career expectations, job-hunting experiences, educational backgrounds, perception and expectation toward library works and future development, etc., so as to provide reference for building professional staff forces in university library.
