摘 要:采用多弧离子镀膜技术在925银合金表面沉积浅黄色氮化锆薄膜,研究了镀覆时间和基底粗糙度对膜层颜色及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,银合金基底上镀ZrN膜时,成色迅速,镀覆1~2min时膜层颜色已接近2N-18黄色;随镀覆时间延长,膜层的日+基本不变,b^*逐渐减小;镀覆条件相同时,镜面基底膜层的口+略小于砂面,耐腐蚀性能优于后者;ZrN膜层的抗变色性能远远优于银合金基底和18KY电镀层。因此,银合金基底镀覆1~2min所得ZrN薄膜可很好地满足首饰的颜色和耐蚀性要求。A light yellow zirconium nitride (ZrN) thin film was prepared on the surface of 925 silver alloy by multi-arc ion plating technology. The effects of plating time and roughness of substrate on the color and corrosion resistance of the thin film were studied. The results showed that the color of ZrN film forms fast and is very close to 2N-18 yellow when plating for 1-2 min on silver alloy. With the extending of depositing time, the a* value of ZrN film remains unchanged, while the b* value gradually decreases. Under the same plating conditions, the ZrN film on mirror- polished substrate has a slightly lower a* value and better corrosion resistance as compared with that on sandpaper- polished substrate. The anti-tarnishing performance of ZrN film is far better than that of silver alloy substrate and electroplated 18KY coating. The ZrN film ion-plated on silver alloy substrate for 1-2 min satisfies the color and corrosion resistance requirements of iewelrv.
