摘　　要：作为社会生产服务的重要组成部分,我国高校后勤的管理现代化程度尚待提高,大部分高校的后勤管理工作尚未将现代化科学技术成果与管理水平广泛地运用到后勤管理中来。笔者以管理思想现代化为前提,以明确权产、管理体制以及后勤管理人员专业化及创新等为基础,对有效构建高校后勤管理现代化的路径进行浅显分析,以进一步促进我国高校后勤管理的实效性。As an important part of social production services, the modem management level of logistics of universities in China still needs to be improved, for advanced science and technology and modem management methods have not been widely applied in most logistics of universities. Based on modem management thinking and discussing on clearing priority rights, management system, innovation and professional of logistics management personnel, this paper analyzes the effective paths to construct modem logistics management in order to improve the effectiveness of logistics management in universities in China.
