企业知识专门化与探索式创新绩效:研发网络知识整合的悖论  

Knowledge Specification of Focal Firm and Exploratory Innovation Performance: A Paradox in the Knowledge Integration of Research and Development Network

摘　　要：在研发合作网络内,企业知识专门化在整合网络多样性知识中存在着矛盾作用,从而影响其探索式创新绩效。采用54家样本企业在2004—2009年间的面板数据,运用负二项式随机回归分析,围绕着如何有效降低企业知识专门化对其探索式创新的负面影响,探讨企业知识专门化、合作网络知识多样性、网络密度及探索式创新绩效间的内在联系,研究结果表明:企业知识专门化对其探索式创新绩效具有显著的负向作用;合作网络知识多样性并不显著地正向调节企业知识专门化与其探索式创新绩效的关系;网络密度显著地负向调节企业知识专门化与探索式创新绩效的关系。Knowledge specification of focal firm has a paradoxical role in the integration of diversified knowledge within the research and development network, which affects the performance of its exploratory innovation. The article, on the basis of 54 samples between 2004 and 2009, applies a negative binomial random regression to analyze the relationships between knowledge specification of focal firm, network knowledge diversity, network density and exploratory innovation performance. The results indicate that knowledge specification of focal firm has a significantly negative effect on exploratory innovation performance, that network knowledge diversity does not significantly and positively moderate the relationship between knowledge specification of focal firm and exploratory innovation performance, and that network knowledge density significantly and negatively moderate the relationship between knowledge specification of focal firm and exploratory innovation performance.
