寒冷地区移动式石油压裂液配液技术研究

摘　　要：现有移动式配液设备在东北冬季不能使用,可在-20℃气温下工作的移动配液装置在我国尚属空白。本文采用保温厢体结构,开发出智能配液集成技术,有效解决保温厢内部空间小影响设备布置的难题,并于2011年研制出一套移动配液设备在大庆油田使用。一年的生产应用表明,该设备配液质量好、配液过程智能化、搬运方便,可在-30℃环境温度下可靠工作。The moveable fracturing fluid blending device currently available cannot work well in winter in the Northeast of China,the device that can work under-20 ℃ temperature can not been found in our country.In this paper,a integration blending technology is put forward for solving the small inner space problem caused by insulation tank.A movable blending device,which can work under cold temperature,was built and applied in Daqing oilfield in 2011.More than one-year-production shows that the device has many advantages,such as fine quality,intelligent process,convenient transportation,and especially,functioning well under-30 ℃ temperature.
