腹部按摩联合中药敷脐预防急性白血病患者化疗后便秘的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部按摩联合中药敷脐预防急性白血病患者化疗后便秘的效果。方法 2012年1-8月,采用便利抽样法选择在浙江中医药大学第一附属医院血液科化疗的120例白血病患者为研究对象,按入院日期(单双日)分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者采用化疗后常规护理,观察组患者除常规护理外,于化疗前1d开始实施中药敷脐联合腹部按摩,1次/d,直至化疗结束。观察两组患者便秘发生率、排便次数、排便困难程度、第1次排便时间段等。结果两组患者便秘发生率、排便次数、排便困难程度及第1次排便时间段的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论腹部按摩联合中药敷脐预防急性白血病患者化疗后便秘效果理想,操作简单,值得临床推广应用。Methods By convenience sampling,a total of 120 leukemia patients with chemotherapy were divided into control group and observational group,with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by conven- tional nursing after chemotherapy, while patients in the observational group were given umbilical com- pressing with Chinese herbal medicine combined with abdominal massage once a day,and from 1 day before chemotherapy until the end of chemotherapy. Frequency of defecation, defecation difficulty level, first defe- cation time were recorded and compared for both groups. Results Significant differences in constipation incidence, frequency of defecation, defecation difficulty level, first defecation time were found between groups（P^0.01）. Conclusion With great effect,abdominal massage combined with umbilical compressing with Chinese herbal medicine in prevention of acute leukemia after chemotherapy in patients with constipa- tion can be operated easily, and calls for further clinical application.
