摘　　要：介绍了嘉应学院心理学实验室在培养应用型人才目标下进行的一系列探索与实践。该实验室创新了心理学开放实验模式,对心理学实验室实行分层次开放,使学生可以根据自己年级、需求和能力的不同选择不同层次的开放实验,以培养学生的创新能力、实践能力及应用技能。心理学实验室从管理制度、开放的组织与实施、实验教师队伍建设等方面建立了实验室开放运行机制,并对进一步开放实验室提出了设想。The psychological laboratory of Jiaying University has carried out a series of exploration and practice for serving the goal of cultivating talents with practical skills .The laboratory has been hierarchically opened under an innovative experimental mode for students to choose different experiment options based on their own grades ,requirements and ability level ,with the aim of developing their spirit of innovation ,ability to practice as well as applied skills .At the same time ,a sound operational mechanism involving establishing management system ,organizing and implementing relative activities as well as training teachers for the lab is built ,with a further plan being made .
