摘　　要：在阐述大学章程概念的基础上,对大学章程的性质进行了比较分析,并从章程制定主体、章程制定机关、章程内容、章程制定程序等方面对大学章程制定相关问题进行了研究与探讨。Based on the concept of university constitutions, studied and tution making subjects, constitution pects. university constitutions, this paper made a comparative analysis of the nature of discussed the related issues of university constitutions from the aspects of consti- making organs, articles of constitution, constitution making process and other aspects.
