摘  要:采集了79套催化裂化装置原料的物性数据。通过数据分析发现,平均相对分子质量与原料密度没有明显的相关性,但随着原料残炭值和沸点的增加,呈现一定程度的线性增加趋势。建立了基于原料相对密度、残炭值和50%馏出温度的平均相对分子质量关联式。与平均相对分子质量实际值比较,关联式具有较高的计算精确度。同时与典型的4种其他平均相对分子质量关联式的计算精确度进行了比较,说明了寿德清提出的关联式也可以适用于催化裂化原料平均相对分子质量的计算,但其关联式中的自变量参数(中沸点和特性因子)对于催化裂化原料来说不宜获取,其应用可行性较差。79 catalytic cracking(FCC) feedstocks were collected and their physical properties were analyzed.It was found through the data analysis that there was no clear relationship between the average relative molecular mass of FCC feedstock and its density,while there was a certain increasing linear relationship among the average relative molecular mass,carbon residue value and boiling point of distillation cut.A correlation of the average relative molecular mass with density,carbon residue value and distillation temperature at 50% of FCC feedstock was established.Compared with measured values of the average relative molecular mass,it was verified that the correlation had a reasonable accuracy.Other four correlations cited from literatures were tested for their accuracy by the measured values too.The comparison testified that only the correlation established by Shou was able to be applied in calculation of the average relative molecular mass of FCC feedstock.However,the independent variables,medium distillation cut and characterization factor,in Shou's correlation were not easy to be determined for feedstock,which made its application seriously limited.
