摘　　要：在三螺旋理论和模型研究的基础上,同时运用结构方程和偏最小二乘估计方法,对政府和产业等外部资金与大学创新绩效之间的因果关进行实证研究。根据得出的结论对提高高校学术创新绩效和促进我国UIG合作提出了相应的建议和对策。The causal relationship between the government and industry funding and academic innovation performance is analyzed by u- sing the methods of structural equation modeling and partial least squares based on the triple helix model. Severalimproving the academic innovation performance and promoting UIG cooperation in the region are proposed.
