摘　　要：生物经济的发展引生了对法律的特定需求,需要立法来加以保障。在生物经济立法过程中应当坚持尊重"三律"原则,即风险预防原则、区别产业化原则以及权利保障原则。当前我国生物经济立法还无法满足推进生物经济发展之现实需要,应进一步加以完善。The development of bio-economy triggers requirement for law. During the legislation for the development of bio-economy, the principle of esteeming three-laws, venture precaution and industrialization distinction as well as right protection should be adhered to. But the existed legislation in China couldn＇t play more important role in pushing the development of bio-economy.
