摘　　要：文章首先阐述科研管理系统中用户权限控制碰到的问题及相关技术应用特点,提出利用用户菜单结合页面访问控制的方法,实现系统的权限管理。This paper described the problem of user authorization management on Scientific Management Syestem and related tech- nologies, proposed the method of untilizing user menu combined access control, implemented authorization Managemen of the system.
