摘 要:本文提出把使用现代信息技术的能力纳入现代外语教师的能力构成。文章从现代信息技术与教育的关系探讨了现代信息技术对教育的多维认知、生动认知、客观认知、自主认知的贡献。在回顾外语教师的一般能力构成和语言特殊能力构成基础上,文章讨论了外语教师的现代信息技术特殊能力框架及其构成元素,并提出适切学生认知、内容需要、数量方式的应用原则和培养外语教师的信息技术特殊能力。This article brings forth the notion of putting into the ability framework of modern foreign language teachers the construct of using the modern information communication technology (ICT). In discussing Ihe relations between ICT and education, the investigation ranged from the features of ICT to ICT's contributions to education for multi-dimensional cognition, vivacious cognition, objective cognition, and autonomous cognition. Reviewing the foreign language teachers' general abilities and their specified language abilities, the article postulated the ICT framework and constructs specified for foreign language teachers in China. Meanwhile, it assumed a set of application principles, namely relevancies to learners' cognitive ability, content needs, and quantity and methods in using ICT.
