摘　　要：知识型组织越来越多 ,但对知识型组织管理的研究却并不多。由于知识型组织所具有的特点 ,决定了它应当采取与一般组织不同的管理即知识化管理 ,而这种管理的产生和应用 ,完全是由于知识经济的挑战 ,是由于科技进步、管理理论的发展和人类文明的基础所决定的。建立在如此基础上的知识化管理 ,具有与传统管理完全不同的管理特点和要求。There are an increasing number of intellectual organizations, but researches of the management of such intellectualized organizations are few. The characteristics of intellectualized organizations make it necessary to adopt intellectualization management, which is different from management of ordinary organizations. The emergence and application of such management come from the challenge of knowledge economy, the advancement of science and technology, the development of management theory and the basis of human civilization. Suchbased intellectualization management has some characteristics and requirements, which are completely different from conventional management.
