摘　　要：随着全球市场竞争的不断激烈化,煤矿企业的生存和发展压力随之上升,为了取得在市场上的竞争优势,煤矿企业需要不断的通过各种方法降低自身成本,提升获利能力,在确保自身市场份额的基础上,寻求发展的空间。而降低库存成本已经成为当前煤矿企业的"第三利润源泉"。通过加强库存管理,提高库存周转效率,降低自身成本,对于煤矿企业的发展而言至关重要。ERP系统方法是一种顺应现代煤矿企业发展,旨在消除所有流程之中的浪费,在质量、时间以及成本方面进行精细化管理的方法,运用ERP系统方法对煤矿企业的库存管理进行指导,应该有助于提升煤矿企业的库存管理能力。With global market competition constantly intensification, the survival and development of enterprises with pressure rise, in order to win in the market competitive advantage, the enterprise needs to constantly through all kinds of ways to reduce their own costs, improve profitability, to ensure their own market share in the basis of seeking development space. And to reduce the stock cost has become the current enterprise ＂the third profits source＂. By strengthening the inventory management, improve inventory turnover efficiency, lower their Costs, for the development of enterprises is vital. ERP system method is a kind of conform to the modem enterprise development, aims to eliminate all process of waste, in quality, time and cost aspects of fine management method, using ERP system approach to enterpfise＇s inventory management guidance, should help to promote the enterprise inventory management ability.
