摘　　要：目的了解桂林市HIV感染者和AIDS患者的基本情况及其用药依从性的现状及用药中存在的问题,以便有针对性地进行用药指导,提高患者规范服药的依从性,并改善患者生活质量。方法使用CPCRA的公共卫生标准简表,采用当面询问及填写问卷相结合的方法,对定期复查的HIV感染者和AIDS患者的用药依从情况进行调查、统计和分析。结果被调查的400名HIV感染者和AIDS患者中,有64.00%能遵守或基本遵守医务人员的指导用药,有36.00%由于各种各样的原因未能坚持规范治疗。结论桂林市HIV感染者和AIDS病人抗病毒治疗依从性较差,医务工作者应积极拓展医药服务范围,逐渐建立个性化治疗模式,以提高患者用药依从性,改善患者的生命质量。Objective To understand the status of basic situation of HIV IAIDS patients and their medication compliance and problems, so as to improve the targeted medication guidance and the quality of life of HIV IAIDS patients in Guilin City. Methods A total 0 f 400 HIV IAIDS patients were investigated by using the CPCRA public health standard profile with the inquiry and filling in the questionnaire face to face and the results were analyzed statistically. Results Among the 400 HIV IAIDS patients, 64.00% abided or basically abided the guidance of medical staff; 36.00% due to a variety of reasons failed to adhere to the standard of the treatment. Conclusions In Guilin City, The medication compliance of HIV IAIDS patients with anti-viral therapy is poor; therefore, the medical workers should actively expand the scope of medical services and improve their work.
