海底管道对接过程数值模拟力学分析

摘  要:在分析海底管道对接施工过程的基础上,构建了管道对接过程模型与管道力学模型,采用Abaqus软件对API-5L标准的355.6 mm(14 in)管道建立了海洋管道多点牵引的提吊与沉放力学数值模型,分析管道对接过程的力学特性。分析结果表明,管道提吊过程中,Y轴方向上的线应变在前期提吊过程中逐渐增大,后期在铺管船移动的情况下逐渐减小,Z轴方向上的线应变在提吊高度不断增加的情况下逐渐增大,管道的两舷吊点间管段弯矩呈往复波动变化规律;管道沉放过程中,Y轴方向上的线应变随下放距离和侧移距离的改变而增大,最终维持一个固定的应变量,Z轴方向上的线应变随下放距离和侧移距离改变而起伏波动。On the basis of analyzing the butt operating process of seabed pipeline, the model of pipeline butt process and the mec.hanical model of pipeline were established. The mechanical model for API -5 L 0355.6 mm ( 14 in) offshore pipeline was set up by means of the Abaqus software, and mechanical performance of the pipeline in butt process was analyzed. The analysis result shows that, the linear strain of the pipeline in the direction of Y axis gradually increases in the former-stage lifting process and gradually decreases at the later stage due to the movement of pipe-laying ship. The linear strain in the direction of Z axis gradually increases with the increase of" lifting height. The pipe section bending moment on the outboard of the inner side lifting point is characterized by the varia- tion law of reciprocating fluctuation. In the process of pipeline laying, the linear strain in the direction of Y axis in- creases with the change of landing distance and lateral moving distance. Finally, a fixed strain value is main- rained. The linear strain in the direction of Z axis fluctuates with landing distance and lateral moving distance.
