摘  要:以浓硫酸为催化剂,乙酸酐为共反应剂,对脱脂棉进行乙酰化改性并制得纤维素乙酸酯。采用响应面法优化制备工艺,探讨酯化温度、催化剂用量及反应时间的相互影响作用。结果表明,酯化温度和反应时间、反应时间和催化剂用量的交互作用较明显;酯化温度和催化剂用量间的交互作用不明显。最佳工艺参数:酯化温度为96℃,反应时间为2.7 h,催化剂用量为0.20 g,取代度为2.61。The experiment was conducted by using high concentration H2 SO4 as catalyst, acetic anhydride as co-reactant to optimize the preparation process of cdlulose acetate. Three main factors were discussed including reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst addition influenced the degree of substitution of product. The data showed the influence between reaction temperature and catalyst addition was not obvious while others were opposite. Using the response surface method to optimize the experiment process, the best parameters were listed below: reaction temperature was 96 ℃, reaction time was 2.7 hours and catalyst addition was 0.20 g. With the optimized parameters, the degree of substitution of product was 2.61.
