摘 要:目的比较分别行TetraneX可调人工晶状体(TetraflexIOL)与单焦点人工晶状体(SIOL)植人术后的白内障患者临床效果。方法收集2009年2月-2012年3月在我院行白内障超声乳化并植入人工晶体的白内障患者共70例99只眼;其中36例49只眼植入Tetraflex可调人工晶状体,为实验组;另外34例50只眼植入单焦点球面人工晶状体.为对照组。所有患者均符合纳入与排除标准,均由同一位经验丰富的医师行常规白内障超声乳化吸除术联合人工晶状体植入术。术后随访1d、1周及1个月,术后3个月于常规裂隙灯、视力和眼压检查,术后3个月检查患者屈光状态、裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、裸眼近视力、最佳矫正近视力、最佳矫正远视力下的近视力、主观调节幅度。所得数据采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学分析。结果术后3个月两组患者裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、最佳矫正近视力差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);实验组裸眼近视力明显好于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论TetraflexIOL手术安全、有效,可为患者提供较佳的远、近视力,达到更高的脱镜率,但其远期临床效果有待于进一步研究。Objective To compare the visual quality of cataract patients who respectively received Tetraflex IOL implanting operation and SIOL implanting operation. Methods From Feb 2009 to Mar 2012,99 eyes of 70 with cataract patients in our hospital were admitted. 49 eyes of 36 patients were implanted Tetrailex accommodative IOL and 50 eyes of 34 patients were implanted monofocal IOL. All patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and received phaeoemulsification with IOL implantation operated by the same experienced ophthalmologist. All the patients took examinations of slip lamp microscopy, visual acuity and intraocular pressure after 3 months. Besides they were examined the refraction station ,uncorrected distant visual acuity (UDVA), corrected distant visual acuity (CDVA), uncorrected near visual acuity (UNVA), corrected near visual acuity (CNVA), distance corrected near visual acuity (DCNVA) and the subjective amplitude of accommodation after 3 months. All the results were analyzed by SPSS Advanced Statistical 11.5 Software. Results After 3 months, there was no statistical significance between the experimental group and control group about UDVA, CDVA and CNVA (P〉O.05). The UNVA of the experimental group was significantly better than control group,there were statistical differences between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The accommodating IOL is safe and effective. It can provide better distant and more near visual acuity,but its long-term effect remains to be observed.
