听障儿童社会情绪能力及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨听障儿童的社会情绪发展状况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷法对68例1~3岁的听障儿童的社会情绪以及听力状况、气质和父母教养方式进行调查。结果和结论听障儿童的外显行为（13.23%）和能力（10.29%）方面的问题较为突出；女童的内隐行为问题高于男童（P〈0.05）；助听听阈、儿童气质以及父母教养方式都会对听障儿童的社会情绪产生影响（P〈0.05）。Objective To explore the social-emotional competence of hearing-impaired children and its related factors. Methods A ques-tionnaire was used to investigate the social-emotional competence, hearing status, temperament and parenting style of 68 hearing-impaired children. Results and Conclusion The social-emotional problems of hearing-impaired children were prominent, especially in the dimension of externalizing behavior （13.23%） and competence （10.29%）. The girls had more implicit behavior problems than the boys （P〈0.05）. Aided thresholds, children＆#39;s temperament and parenting style had significant influence on social-emotional competence of hearing-impaired chil-dren （P〈0.05）.
