复方氟康唑含漱液预防白血病患者化疗后口腔真菌感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方氟康唑含漱液预防白血病患者化疗后口腔真菌感染的临床疗效。方法将120例接受化疗的白血病患者,随机分成试验组和对照组各60例。试验组用复方氟康唑含漱液含漱,对照组用0.9%氯化钠注射液含漱,用法用量同试验组,2组疗程与化疗疗程同步。观察2组口腔真菌感染发生情况。结果试验组无一例口腔真菌感染发生,对照组中10例(16.7%)口腔黏膜或舌苔涂片找到真菌,试验组口腔真菌感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白血病患者化疗后应用复方氟康唑含漱液,可有效预防口腔真菌感染,且安全性好。Objective To study the clinical effect of compound fluconazole solution on prevention of oral cavity fungal infection in patients with leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods 120 patients with leukemia receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, each of 60 cases. Compound fluconazole solution was given to those in experiment group for gargle,four times a day;for those in control group,normal saline was applied for gargle,four times a day,then the fungal infection in both groups was investigated. Results In the experiment group,none fungal infection was seen in any cases, but in the control group, 10 cases （16.7%） were found with fungal infection in oral mueosa and tongue sur- face. There was significant difference between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound fluconazole solution is effec- tive and safety in the prevention of fungal infection in oral cavity in patients with leukemia after receiving high-dose chemother- apy.
