丹参酮Ⅱ_A联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法急性脑梗死患者143例,随机分为治疗组(72例)及对照组(71例)。对照组给予丹参酮ⅡA50mg加入到生理盐水250ml静滴,1次/天,连用10天。治疗组在对照组的基础上给前列地尔注射液10μg加入到生理盐水10ml静脉注射,1次/天,连用10天。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表NIHSS评定)和日常生活能力评分(BI)的变化并进行对比分析。结果两组患者治疗后临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和日常生活能力评分(BI)的变化差异有显著性(P<0.05),临床疗效治疗组明显优于对照组。结论丹参酮ⅡA联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著,能有效改善神经功能缺损症状,提高日常生活能力。Objective Discussing TanshinoneⅡA and Alprostadil treatment acute time brain blocks the clinical cura-tive effect. Method 143 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into treatment group （72 cases） and control group （71 cases）. Control group given tanshinoneⅡA 50mg join the physiological salt, 250 ml static drops, 1 time/day, stay for 10 days. Treatment group on the basis of the control group of alprostadil injection 10μg,including into physiological salt 10 ml intravenous, 1 time/day, stay for 10 days. Observe two groups before and after treatment clinical curative effect, neural function defect score （ in the United States national institutes of health stroke scale, NIHSS evaluation） and changes in the daily life ability score （ BI） and were analyzed. Result Two groups of patients after treatment clinical curative effect and neural function defect score （ NIHSS） scores and daily life ability score （BI） the change of the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）, Results of clinical efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The clinic curative effect of tanshinone ⅡA lprostadil union treatment acute time brain blocks the clinical curative effect is obvious, moreover help to recover the neural function and improve the self-dependent ability.
