摘 要:利用有限元软件COMSOL对声表面波标签进行了仿真,并实际制作标签进行了测试。标签的仿真包括特征频率仿真、叉指换能器激发效率仿真、回波特性仿真3个方面。通过网络分析仪对设计制作的3组标签进行了测试,实验结果表明:标签特征频率符合设计要求,叉指换能器孔径增大会提高其激发声表面波的效率,通过对回波脉冲幅值的判别可以实现对标签编码的识别。上述测试结果与仿真分析结果基本一致,表明了仿真研究的正确性。最后还将标签焊接在印刷偶极子天线板上组成标签系统并对该系统进行了无线测试,验证了声表面波标签的可用性。The SAW tags were simulated using FEM software COMSOL, the SAW tags were produced and tested accordingly. The simulation of the SAW tag included the characteristic frequency simulation, the inter--digital transducer excitation efficiency simulation and the echo characteristics simulation. Three groups of SAW tags were experimentally tested by the network analyzer, the test conclusions are as follows: the characteristic frequency is consistent with the design requirements; the excitation efficiency can be improved by increasing inter--digital transducers aperture; the tag code can be read out by analyzing the amplitude of the echo pulse. The test results are in accordance with the simulation analyses, validating the correctness of the simulation study. Finally, the SAW tag was welded on the printed dipole antenna board to form a SAW tag system and the system was wireless tested, showing the practicability of the SAW tag.
