猪肉产业链质量安全管理绩效及其影响因素的实证分析——以吉林省为例

摘　　要：实施产业链管理是保障猪肉质量安全的有效途径。以吉林省为例,通过构建猪肉产业链质量安全管理绩效模型,运用结构方程模型对猪肉产业链质量安全管理与猪肉产业链质量安全管理绩效之间的关系机理进行了实证分析。结果表明:猪肉产业链质量安全管理绩效的改善受多种因素的影响,实施猪肉产业链质量安全管理能够显著提高猪肉产业链质量安全管理绩效,但是不一定会改进猪肉产业链质量安全管理效率;建立协作关系对猪肉产业链质量安全管理效率改进有益,但是产业链协作方式对猪肉产业链质量安全管理绩效的影响却并不显著。It is an effective way of guaranteeing quality and safety of pork to implement the industrial chain management. Taking JiLin Province as an example, it has empirically analyzed on the relationship between the management and the management performance of quality and safety of pork industry chain by constructing model of the quality and safety performance management of the pork industry chain and utilizing structural equation model in this paper. The results showed that the improvement of management performance of the quality and safety of the pork industry chain is influenced by many factor, it can significantly improve the management performance of quality and safety of the pork industry chain to implement the quality and safety management of the pork industry chain, but does not necessarily improve the management efficiency of the quality and safety of the pork industry chain; It is good for improving management efficiency of the quality and safety of the pork industry chain to establish a collaborative relationship, but the collaboration mode is not significant effects on the management performance of quality and safety of the pork industry chain.
