摘  要:背景维甲酸(retinoicacid,RA)作为维生素A的一种衍生物,是一种作用很强的分化诱导剂。研究证实RA在细胞形态发生、增殖分化、凋亡代谢以及免疫调节方面发挥着重要的作用,另外RA还具有潜在的脑保护作用。目的阐释当前RA在脑保护作用中的研究进展,为防治临床脑卒中提供理论指导。内容简要描述脑卒中的研究现状和RA的基础知识,重点介绍RA在脑卒中中的保护作用。趋向通过阐述RA在脑卒中中的保护作用及机制,展望其临床应用。Background Retinoic acid (RA), as a derivative of vitamin A, is a strong differentiation inducer. Studies have confirmed that RA plays an important role in the cell morphogenesis, proliferation and differentiation, apoptosis and metabolism, and immune regulation. In addition, RA also has the potential of cerebral protection. Objective This article reviewed the current progress on RA in cerebral protection, and provided theoretical guidance for prevention and treatment of clinical stroke. Content This review concisely described the research status of stroke and the basic knowledge of RA, particularly elaborated the protective effects of RA in stroke. Trend Through presenting the protective role of RA in stroke and related mechanisms, RA might be used in clinic for stroke treatment in the future.
