摘 要:郭熙先生为解决汉语国际教育中的规范冲突问题而提出的"当地化"理论值得商榷:一、"当地化"概念模糊不清,易致误解,不便操作;二、"当地化"导致取消教学标准,会扩大各地华语的歧异;三、"当地化"会导致教学效果"局限语码化";四、"当地化"与科学的、统一的语言教学和评估体系相冲突,不利于汉语国际教育整体水平的提升。华文教学"当地化"的主张不宜实行。汉语国际教育应该树立的基本理念是"中国立场、华夏本位、全球视野",应该确立的基本规范原则是大华语"一体多元"。In order to resolve the conflict of norms in the Chinese international education, Mr. GUO Xi puts forward the theory of "localization", which is worth to be deliberated. First, the concept of "localization" is indistinct, easy to cause misunderstandings, and inconvenience to operate. Second, the "localization" theory may result in the cancellation of teaching standards; the discrepancies of Chinese will be expanded over diffident fields. Third, the "localization" theory may lead to the teach- ing effect of "restrictions of the codes". Fourth, the "localization" theory is in conflict with the scien- tific, unified language teaching and assessment system. It is not conducive to the enhancement of the overall level of Chinese international education. Thus, the advocating of Chinese teaching should not be implemented. The basic idea which Chinese international education should foster is that "Chi- na's position, China based, Global Vision", and the basic normative principles should be established in the great Chinese "integrated pluralistically".
