摘  要:研究开发一套可连续稳定工作的谷物防虫防霉专用微波炉,采用磁控管交互垂直的布置方法,并设计磁控管水冷循环系统和磁控管变压器油冷循环系统。性能测试结果表明:谷物防虫防霉专用微波炉稳定性好,温度分布均匀,偏差小于3℃,微波炉物料出口处温度在55~65℃范围可调,可连续工作24h,设定温度低于60℃时,经微波处理后大米平均增碎率小于0.2%,裂纹率增加量低于0.45%,大米各类害虫及虫卵致死率均在98%以上。A grain insect resistant and mildew special microwave oven was developed which can continuous and stable work, by using the magnetron mutual vertical layout method, with designing magnetron water cooling cycle system and magnetron transformer oil cooling cycle system. The performance test result showed that grain pesticidal dedicated microwave oven is high stability and high uniformity. The temperature at the materials' exit can be adjusted between 55 65 ℃, the temperature deviation less than 3℃. The microwave ov en can keep working for 24 h. When the temperature set at below 60℃, after microwave treatment, the average broken ratio increase less under 0.2;, the crack ratio increase is lower than 0.45%. The death ratio of rice pests and eggs are above 98%.
